Refund Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
The short version
Being overtaken is not a refundable event. Technical failure on our side is.
When we refund
- A payment was captured but the position was not granted because of an error on our side.
- A duplicate payment was taken for the same position and campaign.
- A listing was removed by us for a reason that is not a breach of our terms by you.
- Where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires it.
When we do not refund
- Another user paid more and took your position. That is the published mechanic of the board.
- You changed your mind after the position was granted.
- The traffic, installs or revenue you hoped for did not materialise. We never promise any of those.
- Your listing was removed for breaching our terms or community guidelines.
How a refund is processed
Refunds are requested through the payment gateway and only applied once the gateway confirms the status. The payment record, the related campaign, and the wallet where applicable are updated from that confirmation, you are notified, and an audit record is written. An administrator cannot mark a payment refunded without the gateway actually refunding it.
Timing
Once approved, the gateway usually returns funds to the original payment method within five to ten business days. The exact timing is controlled by your bank or card issuer.
Asking for a refund
Write to noreply@appranking.in with the invoice number or order reference and a short description of what happened. You can find both on the invoices page of your dashboard.
